Stanstead Nichols Rivalry Highlights Day Two

Eight games played at Trinity College School on Saturday

The Peter Campbell Memorial Rink played host to day two of the first NAPHA league weekend with eight interdivisional games. With most games decided by no more than two goals, the main event saw defending champion Stanstead find two late goals, the last with 6 seconds on the clock, to defeat Nichols School from Buffalo 2-1.

Standings are taking shape. With everyteam having points on the board, Stanstead College leads the McMaster Division with an unblemished 8-0 record followed by Rothesay Netherwood School at 5-2. Northwood has pulled out to a sizable lead in the MacLeod Division at 4-1.
